Strickland Real Estate (SRE), a Member of the Real Estate Agents Association, is an independent real estate company that has been operating in Port Moresby for more than 35 years.

Strickland Real Estate is a competitive office that actively covers property management, residential, commercial and industrial sales, rent collection and property appraisals and assessments in the greater Port Moresby area.

Our property management team manages many unit investments close to the CBD and surrounds and has a large portfolio of all types of properties across NCD.

Our rental properties range from a very modest K150 to K3,000+ per week. Sale properties range from K45,000.00 for a low cost house to "the skies the limit” for an apartment block.
